FAQ

For your convenience, we've gathered the most frequently asked questions and answered them below.

I bought a ticket but haven't received the ticket e-mail. What should I do?

It most likely landed in your "Spam" folder or "Promotions" tab – please check there first. If the e-mail with your ticket genuinely hasn't arrived, contact us at [email protected].

Note: if your e-mail account is with poczta.onet.pl (wp.pl / vp.pl / interia.pl), download your ticket via the link at the bottom of your purchase-confirmation e-mail, or write to us at [email protected]. We apologise for the temporary inconvenience caused by the onet.pl domain block – we're working on a solution.

I bought a ticket but only received proof of payment. Is that my ticket?

No. Besides the payment confirmation, you should receive a separate e-mail with the tickets that grant entry to the concert. If you haven't received it, contact us at [email protected].

I made a mistake entering my e-mail address. Can you resend the ticket to the correct address?

Yes – write to us at [email protected] with your order number.

I accidentally deleted my ticket. Can you restore it?

Yes – write to us at [email protected] with your order number.

I want to return my ticket(s). How do I do that?

Tickets can only be refunded if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In that case, the face value printed on the ticket is refunded (excluding the service fee).

Can I exchange my ticket(s) for a different seat, date, or city?

We review such requests individually. Write to us at [email protected] with your order number and what you'd like to change.

Do I have to print my e-ticket, or can I show it on my phone at the entrance?

You don't need to print it – you can show it on your phone.

I couldn't find an answer to my question. What should I do?

If you have a question about tickets, contact us at [email protected].

Do I need to buy a separate ticket for a child?

A ticket is required for children over 2.5 years old. Younger children may sit on a parent's lap without their own seat.
